Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using Cedar and Clay's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services Provided

Cedar and Clay provides the following services throughout the Los Angeles area:

• Pet Cremation Transportation: Transportation services to our partner crematorium, Only Cremations for Pets in Newport Beach, CA
• Private Cremation Services: Individual cremation with complete identification protocols ensuring your pet's ashes are returned to you
• Communal Cremation Services: Dignified group cremation option without ashes returned
• Aquamation Services: Eco-friendly water-based cremation alternative
• In-Home Euthanasia: Coordinated through our partner, Dr. Grace Kertechian from Saving Grace Veterinary Services
• Memorial Keepsakes: Cedar urns, clay paw prints, and cremation jewelry

Service Area

We serve the greater Los Angeles area from our base in Glendale, CA. Service availability may vary by location. Please contact us to confirm coverage in your area.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice
• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash
• Flat-rate pricing means the price remains the same regardless of your pet's size
• Additional services and memorial products are priced separately

Service Authorization

By requesting our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of the pet or have the legal authority to make decisions regarding the pet
• You have the right to authorize cremation or euthanasia services
• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• You understand the nature of the services being provided

Cremation Process

For private cremation services:

• Your pet will be transported to Only Cremations for Pets in Newport Beach, CA
• Each pet is cremated individually with strict identification protocols
• Ashes are returned in a handcrafted cedar urn within 2-4 weeks
• A clay paw print keepsake is included with private cremation
• Once cremation is authorized, it cannot be reversed

In-Home Euthanasia

In-home euthanasia services are provided by Dr. Grace Kertechian from Saving Grace Veterinary Services:

• Services are performed by a licensed veterinarian
• The procedure follows California veterinary standards and regulations
• You will be asked to sign a consent form before the procedure
• Payment is due at the time of service
• Cremation services can be arranged at the same time

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service
• Once cremation has begun, no refunds are available
• For euthanasia appointments, we understand emergencies happen - please contact us as soon as possible
• Deposits for custom memorial products are non-refundable

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cedar and Clay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Cedar and Clay and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
